Business Description

Acupuncture in South Austin/Oak Hill

We are a full service Oriental medicine clinic located in the Oak Hill region of Southwest Austin.  We offer acupuncture, herbal medicine, tuina (asian bodywork), cupping therapy, guasha, nutritional support, taichi and qigong.  Though we treat a wide range of both acute and chronic conditions, our natural focus is on pain management, sports medicine/concussion, auto-immune disease and neurological disorders.

Chinese medicine has been around for thousands of years and is a very successful system of medicine.  It focuses on restoring the body to its natural balance by resolving problems at their root cause.  As we learn more about how it works, it becomes more obvious that acupuncture and chinese medicine should play a vital role in maintaining one's health.  It is an excellent therapy which works well in conjunction with other forms of medicine.

By focusing on the root cause of a problem, while managing symptoms, we are able to get your body back into a state of health and wellbeing allowing you to live a full, happy life.

My Recommendations

Stephanie is a very knowledgeable acupuncturist. I came in with body temperature issues and sleep issues as well as back tightness. After one visit I noticed a great difference. She also cares for my wife who constantly praises how she feels after treatments. Best acupuncturist I have ever been to.

from James Werling

I had been having neck pain for about six months when I went to see Stefanie for acupuncture. She did a very thorough analysis of all my symptoms, even the emotional component which I hadn't thought of. We did a combination of acupuncture and cupping. The procedures helped the area feel much better. She's very professional and I would definitely recommend her!
